Rylin is here. She was born on January 28th at 4 am. She was 5 lbs and 14 oz and 20 inches long. She is now nearly 4 months, 12 lbs and 24 inches long. She is the greatest blessing. I love her so much. She is started to laugh when we tickle her! and her smile is so big! Here are some pictures!

White Water Rafting

My family came up for a few days and we went rafting! It was a lot of fun for everyone. We saw at least 4 Eagles! Only one person fell out but she made out with just a few scratches.

Yard Progress

Well in the last couple of weeks we have wheel burrowed 17 yards of dirt into the back yard! We also got a new lawn mower, which Jason is sporting in the picture above. More pictures on the way...just wanted to give everyone a taste of my lower back pain!

Making the Perfect Shower Curtain

It has been my experience that finding a shower curtain is near impossible. I looked and looked and never found anything even close to the color or price that I wanted. And so I took matters into my own hands.... now presenting my new shower curtain:

The curtain was hand crafted by me and my mother in law, Monica. We sewed two panels together and then sewed the blocks on. And since I was taking pictures in the bathroom....

 I am also working on making a valence for the window out of the same material!

Our New Car

We bought a 2005 Nissian Altima! Leather, sun roof and best of all....heating seats! We love it! Here is a picture! It is a dark blue color with tan interior. We are surprised at how big it is and disappointed that it doesn't get as good of gas mileage as we though it would.

Boise State Game

We went to the Boise State vs Nevada game in Reno. Boise State sadly lost but we still had fun. The entire way there and back we stared at people with the mask above and got some pretty funny responses! It was awesome.

AISG

AISG.....American Independent Securities Group which is where Jason got a full time job! Take a look at his business card below! We are so excited and looking forward to the opportunities this position will bring. Jason is now studying to take some exams to get licensing! So keep him in your prayers.

San Diego

This last week I was able to go to San Diego with my beautiful mother and sister. We had a blast! We went to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Del Mar Beach and La Jolla Beach, Old Town, San Diego Temple, Seaport Village and more.....and oh ya I watched a lot of basketball because that was the reason we went! Shelby played awesome and I am proud to be her older, more mature, and less talented sister!

Holly's Graduation

The last two months have been a blur....Jason finally got an internship! Then on his second day he had to call in sick because he is really sick (he kept me awake all night and it gave me a taste of motherhood). Hopefully he gets better soon!

Holly, Jason's sister graduated from high school...here are some pictures. And in case you don't notice...I didn't really cut my hair, that was grandmothers wig!

Oh how I love a good pedicure...

"The Clique" is where it is at! They have the cutest clothes, shoes and jewelry and pedicures for a great price! You have to check it out if you are ever in the Salt Lake, Orem, Provo area! It is in Lindon, right by the Walmart just off of State Street!

Today I got a pedicure at "The Clique"...it was amazing, an hour of complete relaxation and massaging and chatting! My toes are super cute, and feet have never been so soft.  NO regrets!

Haircut

I was feeling crazy...and so I chopped off my hair. It is really different, I don't know what else to say.

Cheesecake!

I love cheesecake...not the cheap whip cream refrigerate and eat kind, but the real New York style, thick and creamy....ya baby! And now I can make it...so good. This a picture of my white chocolate cheesecake, and I have to say it was so delicious!
